Demand is not hidden. It is unassigned.
Buyers describe their problems publicly on LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Facebook before they ever fill in a form. Teams do not miss that demand because it is invisible — they miss it because no one owns reading it.
GTM Proof of Work · Prepared for PitchGhost
A complete go-to-market operating system for PitchGhost: category position, scored ICP, campaign systems, signal-triggered outbound, RevOps instrumentation, and a 90-day plan with stop rules on every line item.
Built from PitchGhost's public product information, competitor pricing pages and third-party buyer research. Every number below is labeled as a verified fact, an external research finding, a recommendation, a proposed target, or an assumption to validate.

The operating loop
Prompt-based Ghosts scan LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Facebook for the problem language, requests and trigger events that precede a purchase.
GTM Thesis
The market shift is not that buyers post more. It is that buyers now resist sellers who arrive without context — while publishing the exact context that would have earned the conversation.

Buyers describe their problems publicly on LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Facebook before they ever fill in a form. Teams do not miss that demand because it is invisible — they miss it because no one owns reading it.
Firmographic fit tells you who to contact. A current public trigger tells you when contact will work. PitchGhost's advantage is that it supplies both from the same source: the buyer's own words.
In a market where irrelevant outreach is actively punished, the differentiator is what gets rejected before a human sees it — plus the human approval step before anything is sent.
Product understanding
This is the workflow the product actually performs today, what each step means commercially, how I would measure it, and the GTM implication I would act on.
A team writes the conversations that matter in plain language and picks a platform. The Ghost is a goal, not a keyword string.
Compiled from public pricing and product pages. Prices and features change; every claim must be re-verified before it appears in a public comparison campaign.
| Vendor | Public price | Coverage | Intent method | Action layer | Core buyer |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PitchGhost | $140 / $200 / custom | LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Facebook | Prompt goal + filters | Suggested replies; human approval | Lean B2B revenue teams |
| Trigify | $40 / $199 / custom | LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, podcasts | Named-person GTM signals | Workflows, enrichment, agent access | GTM teams wanting broad signal ops |
| Syften | $29.95–$119.95+ | Reddit, HN, web, forums, GitHub | Keywords + AI filter | Alerts; limited engagement layer | Founders and monitoring-heavy teams |
| F5Bot | Free–$214.99+ | Reddit, HN, Lobsters | Keyword alerts | Reply externally | Low-cost mention monitoring |
| Redreach | Public page; plan details vary | AI relevance + SEO opportunities | AI-guided replies; DM automation | Reddit marketing teams | |
| Brand24 | $199–$1,499+ | Broad web / social / media | Mentions, sentiment, analytics | Not revenue-response native | Brand, PR and analytics teams |
| Common Room | $2,500/mo annual+ | Social, product, website, CRM, third-party | Multi-source person/account signals | Research, scoring, workflow | Scaled B2B revenue orgs |
Category & positioning
PitchGhost's public language currently spans four different category words. Picking one is the highest-leverage, lowest-cost move available in month one.
| Category option | What it claims | Why it works | Risk | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Social listening for sales | Monitoring optimized for revenue action | Easy bridge from a known category | Crowded; buyers expect analytics | Clear but undersells the workflow |
| Conversational intent | Intent inferred from what people publicly say | Distinct language; context-rich | Requires market education | Strong thought-leadership platform |
| Signal-based social selling | Public triggers that improve who, why and when | Maps to modern GTM language | Crowded signal vendors | Great bridge for sales leaders |
| Social demand capture | Turn existing public demand into conversations and pipeline | Outcome-led; spans marketing and sales | Must define 'capture' ethically | Best primary position |
| Response marketing OS | Detect, route, draft, respond, measure | Matches the product workflow | 'OS' inflation; less searchable | Useful product vision, weaker category |
For founder-led B2B teams that cannot afford to miss active demand, PitchGhost is a social demand-capture platform that finds relevant public conversations and turns them into timely, human engagement. Unlike static lead databases or broad listening dashboards, PitchGhost combines live context, cross-platform monitoring, workflow routing, and human-approved replies.

Social demand capture
Promise
Find the conversations that can become customers.
Problem
Your market is talking. Your team is looking somewhere else.
Mechanism
Prompt-based Ghosts scan public social channels, score relevance, alert the owner and suggest a response.
Enemy
Static fit without timing; alerts without action; AI automation without judgment.
CTA
Show me five signals from my market.
ICP & buyer intelligence
Scored on urgency, ability to pay, speed to value, reachability, expansion potential and evidence of public demand. Scores are my prioritization judgment, not measured performance.
PRIMARY
Funnel design
A funnel is not a diagram of steps. It is a sequence of beliefs, each owned by a named function and measured by a single number.
Belief to change
“Demand exists where I cannot currently see it.”
Missed-demand stories, founder POV, signal teardowns
Belief to change
“Can PitchGhost find my buyers?”
Real signal teardown in the visitor's category
Belief to change
“This is different from keyword alerts.”
Category and workflow proof, accept/reject logic
Belief to change
“This could work in my niche.”
Concierge signal audit
Belief to change
“I found one conversation worth acting on.”
First-Find playbook and prebuilt Ghosts
Belief to change
“This saves time or creates pipeline.”
Value recap tied to their own deal economics
The load-bearing moment is the first relevant Find. Everything before it is a promise; everything after it is proof.
Campaign systems
Each one carries an audience, an insight, a big idea, an offer, the assets, the distribution plan, the single metric it lives or dies by, and the rule that kills it.

Someone in your market is publicly asking for what you sell today. The fastest proof of value is to show them one.
Founder-led B2B SaaS, specialist agencies, recruiting desks

Own the weekly ritual that teaches the market to read public buying signals — using the product's own raw material.
Founders, consultants, RevOps and growth leaders

Fit tells you who to contact. Timing tells you when it will work. Most stacks only buy the first half.
SDR leaders, outbound agencies, growth teams

Stop renting static databases. The live, public, self-declared version of the market is already published.
Specialist agencies, consultants, founder-led teams
The most expensive line item in the pipeline is the conversation that happened without you.
Heads of Growth and demand-gen leaders
Channel strategy & content engine
Founder-led distribution is the cheapest credible channel available to a lean team. It only works if the cadence is protected before it is optimized.
Category creation and founder credibility
Fast thesis testing with the founder/AI/startup network
Unfiltered pain research and useful participation
Searchable trust, demos and category depth
Pattern interrupts and human stories
Accessible founder voice and lighter observations

The playbook contains 30 LinkedIn posts, 30 X posts, 10 video concepts and 20 ad concepts. A sample of each is below.
Showing 10 of 30 — the full set ships in the playbook.
Outbound operating system
The rule is simple and non-negotiable: no send without a verified public signal, a named owner, and a source URL, excerpt and timestamp in the CRM record.
If any field is missing, it is a hunch — not a signal.
Trigger
Public post asking for a tool or approach in your category

Tier 2 · queue for today
Weights are my proposed starting point. They should be recalibrated against accept/reject feedback and downstream conversion after the first 60 days of real data.
RevOps & measurement
Social channels get defunded first because nobody can defend them in a budget meeting. The fix is a data model built before the spend, not after it.
Attribution chain
Four attribution views are reported side by side — first touch, lead-creating touch, opportunity-creating touch and a weighted multi-touch model — so no single flattering number gets to stand alone.
These are targets I would commit to, not measured results. CAC, churn and conversion targets require internal data I did not have.
First 90 days
Each milestone has an owner, a deliverable, a dependency, a KPI, the evidence it produces, and the rule that decides whether it continues.
Baseline, evidence and the first launched motions
Ordered by how quickly they teach us something true. Each one names what it costs to launch, what proves it works, and what kills it.
It makes the value visible before a trial and supplies voice-of-customer data from day one.
Current labels split buyer understanding across four different category words.
It dogfoods the product and tests ICP hypotheses faster than any other motion.
It builds category memory weekly using public examples the product already finds.
Growth without quality and revenue linkage is noise — and it gets defunded first.
Move the sliders to test the trade-offs. My recommended split is loaded by default, and every line carries the reasoning it would need in a budget review.
$10,000
On budget
Search $1,500; LinkedIn retargeting $1,000; Reddit/YouTube tests $500
Data/enrichment $700; sending infra $400; list QA + operator capacity $1,500
Video editing $900; design $600; customer proof and repurposing $500
CRM, automation and analytics incremental cost; stack consolidated after audit
Lead magnet build, partner event, landing-page variants and contingency
Search and paid lines require live volume and CPC data before any scaling decision.
Experimentation culture
An experiment without a stop rule is just an opinion with a budget. Impact and effort scores are my prioritization judgment, not forecasted results.
| Experiment | Hypothesis | Metric | Impact | Effort | Decision rule |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Concierge five-signal audit | Prospect-specific evidence converts better than a free trial CTA. | Audit → demo | Scale if delivery hours cost less than paid CAC per demo. | ||
| Prebuilt Ghost templates by ICP | Templates shorten time to first relevant Find. | Time to first Find | Ship broadly at a 25% improvement. | ||
| Quarterly allocation review | Formal stop rules prevent zombie channels. | Qualified opportunity cost by channel | Every line item is refunded or retired on evidence. | ||
| Homepage category rewrite | 'Social demand capture' beats mixed category language on qualified CTA. | Qualified CTA rate | Revert if qualified conversion drops even as clicks rise. | ||
| Signal-triggered outbound vs static holdout | Verified public triggers lift positive replies. | Positive reply vs holdout | Kill segment after two sprints without lift. | ||
| Activation SLA automation | Tier-1 signals routed within minutes convert materially better. | Signal → conversation | Keep if SLA compliance holds above target. | ||
| Weekly Signal Report | A teaching ritual builds category demand and audit requests. | Subscriber → audit | Discontinue if cadence slips twice. | ||
| Prospect-specific demo format | Showing their market in two minutes lifts demo → trial. | Demo → trial | Adopt the winner on conversion, not on feedback. | ||
| Exact-match search pilot | High-intent queries produce cheaper qualified leads than broad targeting. | CPQL | Pause any keyword above the CPQL ceiling. | ||
| Reply taxonomy and message library | Coding replies finds winning angles faster than intuition. | Win rate by angle | Retire angles after two negative sprints. | ||
| Onboarding first-Find playbook | A guided first action beats a feature tour. | First-action rate | Roll out on a measurable activation lift. | ||
| Cohort retention review | Month-two churn is an activation problem, not a pricing problem. | Cohort retention | Direct fixes to whichever stage the data implicates. | ||
| Use-case landing pages | Role-specific pages convert better than one generic page. | Qualified conversion by page | Merge pages with no qualified conversions in 30 days. | ||
| Reddit community clinics | Earning the right to link outperforms promotional posting. | Qualified conversations | Stop immediately on any moderator objection. | ||
| HubSpot signal schema blueprint | A published data model converts RevOps blockers into champions. | Field completion + partner leads | Keep if field completion exceeds 90%. | ||
| Fractional sales leader partner motion | Partners distribute the playbook to many lean teams at once. | Partner-sourced pipeline | Scale after one partner produces repeatable conversations. | ||
| Win/loss interview program | Structured loss reasons redirect roadmap and messaging. | Documented loss themes | Feed every theme into the monthly review. | ||
| VC portfolio Signal Lab | Cohort delivery creates a compounding partner channel. | Portfolio activation | Expand only after a five-company pilot. | ||
| Incrementality holdout for paid | Some paid conversions would have happened anyway. | Incremental pipeline | Reallocate budget on incremental, not attributed, results. | ||
| Founder X thesis testing | Rapid public posts identify winning language before paid spend. | Engaged qualified reach | Promote winning language into ads and email. | ||
| LinkedIn retargeting of audit visitors | Warm retargeting outperforms cold prospecting ads. | Cost per qualified audit | Cut if cost exceeds concierge delivery cost. | ||
| Noise counter on the site | Publishing rejected-match volume proves precision better than volume claims. | Qualified CTA rate | Only ship with verified product data. | ||
| Response clinic video series | Teaching the reply builds trust faster than product demos. | Qualified reach | Continue if it feeds audit requests. | ||
| Pricing page qualification test | Clearer plan framing reduces unqualified trials. | Trial → paid | Judge on paid conversion, not trial volume. | ||
| Lead magnet: signal phrase library | A practical artifact outperforms a gated ebook. | Lead → audit | Keep ungated if it drives audits. | ||
| Comparison page vs monitoring tools | Explicit differentiation captures evaluation-stage traffic. | Qualified conversion | Only publish claims re-verified from public sources. | ||
| YouTube signal teardowns | Searchable depth compounds trust over months. | Assisted pipeline | Continue if branded search grows. | ||
| Recruiting vertical pilot | Hiring language is a high-volume, time-sensitive signal class. | Signal → placement conversation | Requires an ethics review before scaling. | ||
| Webinar with a RevOps partner | Co-hosted education reaches the governing buyer. | Qualified pipeline | Repeat only if it sources opportunities. | ||
| Threads and Reels narrative tests | Short human stories widen top-of-funnel cheaply. | Qualified reach | Cut formats with no downstream engagement. |

Five complete campaign systems with landing copy, ads, email, video scripts, distribution and measurement.
Five editorial pillars, a channel cadence model, 60 written posts, 10 video concepts and a weekly media property.
Ten segments, five full sequences, an evidence-bound AI research agent and the QA guardrails that keep it honest.
CRM lifecycle and field schema, a 0–100 scoring model, daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, and 30 prioritized experiments with decision rules.

I did not send a résumé. I built the operating system I would run in the first 90 days, using only public information — and labeled every claim so you can audit it.
Ten scored segments, six personas and twelve jobs to be done came before any campaign copy. Positioning that is not grounded in observed language is decoration.
Every channel here has a defined metric, an owner and a stop rule. No channel gets budget until its metric exists in the CRM.
No invented customers, revenue, conversion rates or endorsements. Facts, external research, recommendations, targets and assumptions are separated throughout.
Next step
Pick any segment PitchGhost cares about. I will build the Ghost goals, pull current public conversations with links and timestamps, and walk through exactly how I would respond to each one.
